Domestic (Australia)

We aim to have orders processed within 48hrs. Shipping times vary between 3-10 days within Australia and 2-3 weeks Internationally. Unless, you have upgraded to 'Express" or "trackable' postage when checking out. All other orders can not be tracked as they are sent as a large letter.

All items under 50g are sent via Australia Post Large Letter, this does not include a tracking number. For this reason

ArchNOllie take no responsibility for lost items. If your order requires a satchel (over 50g) you will receive an email dispatch notification to the email address listed in PayPal. or preferred payment method.

If you wish to receive a tracking number please upgrade your postage to 'Trackable'  'Express' or 'Courier' in which Australia residence will be able to trace orders using the Australia Post Website or DHL

International Orders (outside Australia)

All international orders are sent with a proof of dispatch number provided by Australia Post. Some international parcels can not be tracked unless you have upgraded to the courier service option. No refunds will be offered on lost orders, issues with lost items will needed to be followed up with Australia Post by the customer. Note: Paypal will not fulfil request of refund in disputes as tracking details are supplied upon request.
