Delivery and Returns
We use Australia Post to send out all orders made in Australia. You can select 3 shipping options
1) Economy, a small item under the value of $27 will be sent as a large letter. This option is unregistered, uninsured and loss with be at the customers expense. If not visible at checkout your package requires option 2 or 3 due to weight restrictions set by Australia Post.
2) Standard – A tracking number from Australia Post eparcel system will be supplied.
3) Express – Tracking number and insurance will be applied to the purchase.
Tracking numbers are provided via email, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that your email is monitored, including junk mail. Please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order as ArchNOllie is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels.
All goods are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment (business days, excluding weekends) and are typically delivered within 1-10 business days. Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive.
Here are some helpful sites
The cutoff for dispatch is 10 am AEST. Parcels are shipped on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Express deliveries will be posted the same day if received before the cutoff.
Orders made with our Express Postage option are dispatched on the same business day (excluding weekends), if that order is placed before 10 am AEST. Alternatively, your order will leave the next business day. *Please note our warehouse is deemed ‘isolated’ by Australia Post and Express deliveries can be outside the normal delivery time frames. Please use the link below to help you determine if your package will arrive by the required date.
ATL: If you advise that you would like your parcel left without requiring a signature (Authority to Leave), we are in no way responsible for the loss of the parcel or failure to deliver the parcel.
Incorrect address or returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
Shipping - International
We ship globally! International shipping fees are calculated based on the country which is listed in your shipping address details.
ArchNOllie cannot be held responsible for addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
Please keep in mind that international postage times vary by location. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order. Please understand that ArchNOllie has no control over delivery times once the package has left our hands, but if you get in touch with us we can provide tracking support. Delivery can take 10 – 45 days to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. ArchNOllie does not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. We do, however, state that your order is a baby’s related purchase (when it is) which is duties exempt in most countries, but not guaranteed. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of the order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and ArchNOllie will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and ArchNOllie will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.
Excluded change of mind items
The following items can not be returned if you change your mind:
- Swimwear (unless faulty) Faulty items require an email being sent within 5 days of arrival - email@example.com
We do not exchange any items purchased when on sale. This includes Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, EOFY.
If needing to exchange for another size (not applicable on swimwear) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The item will need to be posted back to us at your expense.
Postage costs to send the item you are exchanging for is our flat rate fee of $7 for Australian packages and $20 for International packages. You will be notified via your Paypal email address for the request of the postage upon receipt of your exchange item.
The product must be received in its original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Our team will inspect the return before we issue an exchange.
Exchanges must be applied for within 30 days from the delivery date of your package.
ArchNOllie reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions.
All of our size guides are clearly stated online, for this reason, we will only refund based on a faulty item. If you want to swap styles or sizes then an exchange is possible or a store credit if the item that you require is not available.
NO exchanges or returns are accepted for swimwear, please take the time to view our measurement chart and if unsure please go up a size.
